App → Settings → Account → Delete Account
7.2 What Happens When an Account Is Deleted
- • The account is permanently deleted
- • App access is immediately revoked
- • Personal data associated with the account is deleted
- • The deleted account cannot be restored
- • No customer support interaction is required
7.3 Legal Retention
Certain information is retained only where required to comply with legal or regulatory obligations, such as compliance record-keeping. Retained data is restricted and not used for any other purpose.
If the App cannot be accessed, deletion requests may be submitted via info@avrealproperties.com, subject to identity verification.

- • After deletion, only for legally required retention periods
All non-required data is permanently deleted or irreversibly anonymized.
